  Searched out this place because they have one of the few full bars around Matlacha. Amazing find on the side of the highway though. 2 for 1 well drinks everyday. Peanuts on your table and the shells go on the floor. Good food specials and regular prices too. House salad was much larger with a lot of stuff in it as opposed to just a normal house salad in most restaurants. All the food we had was very good.

  My wife and I recently purchased a home near Bubba's. We have been there about 4 times in the past few weeks. What a delight to find such a place so close. My wife lives for fresh squeezed oranges and grapefruit. We have purchased two very expensive juicers for our personal use. Imagine her delight when she found out that Bubba's serves its juice in this fashion (much like Outback used to do about 10 years ago). The food is not only very good, but extremely reasonably priced. Imagine a a huge salad (with all the fixings), a 1/2 wood fired chicken and loaded potato for $7.99. (3:00 to 6:00 daily) You can't buy the food that cheap at a grocery store to prepare for yourself. The atmosphere is rustic, but the food and drinks more than compensate for it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place and am reluctant to share this because I'd like to think it is my secret. Unfortunately, its only downside is that it is fairly busy all the time. It was discovered by many people long before us

  We had a fantastic diner here.
  
  It ordered the BBQ chicken which was very tasty and tender.
  
  The portious was huge and we also have without extra charge beverage and a corn muffin.
  
  My wife chose the spare ribs plus chicken and sweet potatoes : it was perfect too
  
  It was really an amazing diner for 37$!! (Just have to add gratuity of course).
